High Purity Process Piping

Semiconductor Wafer The cutting, welding and repair of the high-alloy steel and stainless steel constructs used for fluid handling in select industries are known informally in North America as High Purity, and in Europe and other markets as Process Piping.

High purity welding is characterized by the need for precise, strong welds that are devoid of any defects such as voids, cracks, pits or discoloration, outside and inside the tube.  Recordability and repeatability are prime requirements of process piping welds.
