The Orbitalum orbital welding system includes Orbimat Mobile Welder and Smart Welder power supply/controllers, Orbiweld open and enclosed weld heads, and OEM accessories and consumables including the segment leading Orbitwin switching unit.

These products surpass the best features of other systems, while delivering a unique user experience to produce repeatable, documentable precision welds on tube and piping systems. Building on decades of expertise in the field and responding to market interest in a unified equipment supplier, Orbitalum merged with Germany’s Orbimatic Welding Systems in 2009, with the combined organization renamed Orbitalum Tools GmbH. Orbitalum's full line of cutting and facing tools and orbital welding systems are the perfect complement to each other, as a precision weld preparation is the key ingredient to a successful high purity process welding program.
