LCSF Tool Slides

E.H. Wachs offers a wide range of tool slides, the devices that hold the actual tooling or cutting bits, for the LCSF Split Frame line.  They include standard tool slide in three sizes, out of round spring slides to track the surface of out of round pipes, and worm gear slides.

LCSF Tool Slides – Three types available: Low Profile Slides, optional, ultra compact design with .5” (12.7mm) stroke. Extended Slides, standard on LCSF models 206 to 1420, optional for other sizes, with a 1.5” (38.1mm) stroke.  Super Extended Slides, standard on LCSF models 1824 and larger, optional for other sizes, long 2” (50.8mm) stroke for larger pipe sizes and varied wall thicknesses.
 
Out of Round Slides - Out of Round spring-loaded slides track the surface of out-of-round pipe and speeds setup and time to cut. Fast ROI, assures consistent lands, when combined with counterbore slide maintains even wall thickness on large diameter counterbores.
 
Worm Gear Slides – Heavy duty, worm gear driven feed mechanism for cutting extreme heavy wall or high alloy pipe that resists regular tool slides.
