EP 424 Speed Prep single points from 4" to 24" (DN100-600); pneumatic powered ID mount end prep machine tool. The EP 424 is a precision I.D. mount end prep machine tool designed to face flanges, bevel, compound bevel, J prep, face and counterbore pipe, fittings and valves.
Powerful enough to form tool from 4" to 16" (DN100-400) through Schedule 160 and single point from 4" to 24" (DN100-600), the SP model includes the Speed Prep Autofeed System. Complete kit includes form tool rotating plate, radial tool slide, HD air motor with speed control, 3 blade chuck system, chuck extension legs, independent mandrel, chuck body and extension legs, operating hand tools, manual and storage case.
