ITW Orbital Cutting & Welding includes Wachs and Orbitalum (formerly GF Georg Fisher RVT) manufacturers of orbital pipe cutting and welding equipment used in process piping and high purity applications. E.H. Wachs Industrial Products Division manufactures onsite pipe cutting, beveling, casing cutting, counterboring and flange facing weld prep equipment including cold cutting clamshell LCSF Low Clearance Split Frames, Guillotine® pipe saws (“Wachs Saw”), Trav-L-Cutter®, EP 424 and SDB end prep machine tools for precision weld preparation used in power generation, oil & gas and pipeline distribution. Other products include semi-custom machine tools, EICC External Internal Casing Cutter, handheld RS-2 non-rising stem portable valve operators and Pow-R-Drive P-2 valve turners. Orbitalum products include GF tube saws GF4, GF6 and GFX 3.0, BRB boiler tube bevelers and RPG tube facing and squaring machines. Orbitalum welding systems feature Orbitmat 165CA and 300CA power supplies, Orbiweld 38S and 76S enclosed and TP and OP open weld heads, Orbitwin switching units plus heat exchanger tube to tube sheet P16 and P20 welding heads.
